Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and talented Therapist for our Outpatient Department (PRN). The facility is a 120-bed behavioral health institution located in Flowood, MS, providing both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services for adults, children, and adolescents. Undertaking tasks such as serving as the first point of contact for clients, conducting assessments, and facilitating admissions, the Therapist will coordinate care within a safe and nurturing environment.

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients: answer calls promptly and courteously.
• Schedule clinical assessments as appropriate and conduct thorough assessments.
• Facilitate admissions and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate access to the optimal level of care, referring to external providers when necessary.
• Maintain a caring, professional approach.

• Minimum: Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and two years’ experience in an in‑patient psychiatric setting.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university; a current Mississippi license as a LCSW, LMSW, or LPC; and two years’ experience in an in‑patient psychiatric setting.
