About the RoleAt DIG,Project Success Specialists are the operational backbone of our Fleet programs. This role is mission-critical—ensuring projects move from kickoff to completion with speed, precision, and zero dropped balls.
You’ll partner closely with Client Success Managers, installers nationwide, and internal teams to driveon-time, in-spec, on-budget execution across high-volume fleet projects. Using and DIG’s proprietary Installer App, you’ll own the details that make or break successful installs.

What You’ll Own Project Execution & Support- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and real-time updates across multiple accounts
- Maintain momentum and alignment from scheduling through closeout
- Identify, engage, and support vehicle graphics installers nationwide
- Track installer performance, provide feedback loops, and drive continuous improvement through the Installer App
- Act as the primary connector between installers, internal teams, and client-facing partners
- Proactively communicate updates, changes, and expectations to ensure seamless handoffs
- Maintain accurate, detailed project records in and Installer App
- Ensure all notes, photos, updates, and job data are complete and audit-ready
- Coordinate materials, shipping, install dates, and site readiness
- Confirm vehicle availability and access details to prevent delays and bottlenecks
- Review and approve completion photos to confirm work meets DIG quality standards before project close
- Validate installer invoices post-completion to ensure accuracy and timely payment
- Provide operational reporting and insights that help optimize execution across fleet programs
- Strong organizational and project management skills—you thrive on structure, checklists, and timelines
- Clear, professional communication skills with a bias toward proactive follow-up
- Comfort working in tools likeand operational platforms (training provided)
- High attention to detail and respect for process
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-urgency environment
- A growth mindset—you take feedback seriously and look for ways to improve systems and outcomes
