Asset Accountant

Our firm is working with a growing organization to identify a detail-oriented Fixed Asset Accountant to support core accounting functions, with a strong emphasis on fixed asset accounting and system accuracy. This position is well suited for an accounting professional who has hands‑on experience managing capital assets within the Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets system.

• Maintain the fixed asset subledger, including asset additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation within Oracle Fusion
• Ensure assets are properly capitalized in accordance with accounting policies and GAAP
• Prepare monthly fixed asset roll‑forwards and supporting schedules
• Reconcile fixed asset balances to the general ledger and assist with month‑end close activities
• Support internal and external audits by providing fixed asset documentation and system reports
• Partner with accounting and operational teams on asset‑related inquiries and projects
• Identify and assist with improvements to fixed asset processes and controls

• 1–3 years of accounting experience with a focus on fixed asset accounting
• Direct experience using the Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets system required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Prior audit or large‑company accounting experience is a plus
