Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer
The Plastic Molding Engineer is a "hands‑on" position that plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing equipment and processes to produce high‑quality injection‑molded products. The role involves coordinating the molding efforts on new program launches, setting up and/or revising manufacturing processes, assisting in problem‑solving and continuous process improvements, and mentoring and training other injection molding personnel.

Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering
- Experience in processing of thermoplastics, robotics, automation, and hot runner systems.
- Strong and diverse technical background in injection molding processing, tooling, equipment, materials, manufacturing, and quality.
- Self‑starter with a high level of self‑motivation, able to work with little direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in an interruption‑prone environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong TEAM and LEAD mentality.
- Quality orientation and high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Complex problem‑solving capabilities.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to present ideas and reports clearly in written and verbal format.
