You Will Be:
- Hands-on management of day-to-day general accounting functions, including invoicing, billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Performing daily banking transactions, monitoring cash flow, and managing working capital
- Maintaining financial records for staff, customers, and vendors, including processing expense reports and reimbursements
- Handling sales tax and corporate quarterly tax returns and payments
- Coordinating warranty credits for customers and processing vendor invoices and payments
- Process monthly reimbursement expenses by collecting and analyzing receipts from sales team
- Preparing financial reports and analyses for the management team
- Managing bank accounts, reconciliations, and deposits
- Processing Annual Nexus Reports and 1099 data for suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies and working closely with the General Manager and Corporate Accounting team
If You Have:
- A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, particularly in A/P and A/R
- A high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong math, research, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial legislation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
