Based out of Flower Mound, TX location but would need to travel to Justin, Haslet, Northlake, and Lewisville areas.

7a-3:30p / M-F

This is a temp to Hire position that reports directly to the Regional Facilities Account Manager. A company van will be provided along with basic tools and a uniform.

• Perform all required electrical needs across assigned buildings in the DFW market.
• Utilize a computerized maintenance management system that can produce and track work orders, preventative maintenance and track facility assets.
• Bend and run conduit.
• Pull wire.
• Terminate panels, fixtures, plugs, and switches.
• Install lighting fixtures.
• Maintain accurate records of work using a computer-based ticketing system.
• Assist with other maintenance related duties as assigned.

• Order and maintain materials and tools
• Ability to communicate effectively

• 5+ years as Commercial/Residential electrician
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade school degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license – Hiring will be subject to Driver Requirements
• Background check
• EPA certificate
• OSHA 10 or 30 certificate

• Ability to carry and lift 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders.
