Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech and telecommunications location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions, then document observations and incidents in required reports and logs.;
Support site operations by communicating clearly over radio and/or phone, assisting with directions and general inquiries, and following post orders and escalation protocols.
