Direct and support team with strategic installations and floor setups for special events, seasonal campaigns, and weekly storewide promotional events to enhance customer shopping experience.;
Lead team in timely execution of daily visual maintenance, adjustment of accent lighting, and layering in additional visual elements to optimize presentations in high-impact areas.;
Coordinate organization and storage of visual collateral, signage, mannequins, hardware, tools, and other visual elements to promote efficiency.;
Collaborate with merchandising, selling, and operation leaders to align on product, promotion, and pricing strategies.;
Lead weekly store walkthroughs to assess visual merchandising standards and directive execution and identify opportunities to elevate presentations.
