Overview: RDSolutions is seeking independent, detail‑oriented Scan Specialists to collect inventory and identify pricing data for a variety of retail clients. Candidates will train on assignment protocols, use a company app to receive work, and complete selections in grocery and merchandise stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use the RDSolutions app to receive scheduled assignments and track collection tasks.
• Navigate grocery aisles, locate items, assemble product groups, and generate accurate price lists.
• Maintain collection accuracy, document special item details, and meet client quality standards.
• Complete assignments on time, adhere to safety guidelines, and keep detailed records.

• Comprehensive initial training program to understand expectations.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone capable of downloading the company pricing app and collecting assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
