* exceed guest expectations and resolve all guest issues correctly to ensure return visits.

* responsible for recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and successful training of all kitchen employees.

* constant focus on team member development and cross-training to ensure maximum operational efficiency and career growth     for team members.

* schedule control and assurance of proper staffing levels, balance of shifts, and shift preparedness 24/7/36.  
* awareness of and focus on preparation for business shifts due to movie schedules, weather changes, and seasonality.

* communications liaison from front of house management team to kitchen management and hourly employees.

* ** extensive understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.

* extensive knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.

* available to work any shift and all holidays.

* ability to work in a team environment, develop staff, and mentor junior managers.

*** bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.  
* minimum of 3 years of experience as salaried manager in full-service, casual dining.  
* experience with full-service alcohol serving facility desirable.  
* record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
