Mobile-Site Supervisor - Flower Mound Donor Center
The Mobile/Site Supervisor position is a vital link in the procurement of a safe, quality blood product. The role ensures smooth donor flow, determines donor acceptability, performs sterile venipuncture for blood collection, provides excellent customer service, and maintains compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures throughout the donation process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee and assign responsibilities to collections staff.
- Handle staff processes such as interviews, discipline, performance reviews, hiring, and terminations.
- Resolve personnel and donor problems discreetly and raise reports to management.
- Attend annual leadership/development training and mentor new hire employees.
- Participate in special projects or programs as required.
- Maintain regular full‑time attendance during operational hours.
