  Sunday through Thursday evenings, starting 8:00 pm until finished (≈2 hours).

• Complete nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection.
• Use assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Operate our field app for timekeeping, check‑in/out, and reporting.
• Transport collected trash to the designated dumpster/chute safely.
• Maintain daily contact with the supervisor/manager.
• Work quietly and efficiently to minimize resident disturbance.
• Adhere to company core values.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

• Lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive hand/arm tasks.
• Climb stairs in apartment buildings.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Own an open‑bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
• Hold a valid driver’s license and automotive insurance in your name or listed as an authorized driver.
• Have a smartphone to download and use the company app.
• Demonstrate self‑motivation, reliability, and independence.
• Work efficiently without sacrificing service quality.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
