Treasury Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Treasury Specialist to manage and optimize our treasury functions. This role involves monitoring and reporting from banks, third‑party software providers, and internal departments to ensure an efficient payment and collections environment. You will be responsible for maintaining databases of bank accounts and associated services, managing bank account and payment approvals signatory, and maintaining treasury online user profiles across multiple bank platforms.

• Monitor and report from banks, third‑party software providers, and internal departments.
• Work with departments to manage an efficient payment and collections environment, including infrastructure, reporting, processes, and controls.
• Maintain a database of bank accounts and associated services.
• Manage bank account and payment approvals signatory.
• Maintain treasury online user profiles across multiple bank platforms.
• Manage credit card, positive pay, and payment fraud reporting.
• Assist in daily treasury operations including cash concentration, wires, ACH, account funding, short‑term investments, cash forecasting, borrowing, and foreign exchange.
• Ensure adequate liquidity for entity working capital needs and manage inter‑company cash.

• Proficiency in banking and wire transfer operations.
• Strong skills in reconciliation and cash forecasting.
• Experience in inter‑company treasury and cash management.
• Proficient in financial reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in treasury or cash management.

This on‑site position is based in Lewisville, where you will work alongside a small, dedicated team of three professionals. Half of the treasury team is located in California, facilitating a collaborative and dynamic work environment across locations.

This is a Contract position based out of Lewisville, TX.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
