Job DescriptionThe Loan Partner will oversee the lead intake and management. They will be in direct communication with clients, realtors, builders, and business partners. This position requires time management, precise communication, and data entry skills. This is an entry level position with limitless opportunity for growth. Previous mortgage experience is favorable, but NOT required. All necessary training will be hands‑on provided.
Top 3 Responsibilities and How You Will Be Measured- Measurement: Appointments set, credit pulls, completeness/accuracy of application.
Capacity: 75 leads/mo - Lead Follow Up: Following up with pre‑qualified borrowers, executing team checklist for touchpoints.
- Lead Completion: Help finish loan applications for the team lead and accurately keep up with the lead tracker. Convert up to 75 leads per month with a 40+% conversion rate to application.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a positive attitude.
- Must be dependable, self‑motivated, and require minimal supervision.
- Confirm all appointments the day before and the day of the appointment.
- Set, manage, and confirm all appointments for clients to meet with the Loan Officer and/or LP II for loan applications and communicate what items to bring.
- Add all leads to the lead tracker and ensure follow‑up attempts are made until appointment is set.
- Update referral partners on status of leads received.
- Maintain a 40% or higher conversion rate from lead to appointment.
- Manage documentation and collect applications.
- Continue to assume responsibilities and help the team grow.
While performing the duties of this job, a person is regularly sitting in a normal office environment at a desk using a computer, phone, fax, and copy machine. This person may occasionally need to lift up to 20 pounds.
