Early Care and Education is hiring at all 5 of our locations in the DFW area (Coppell, Flower Mound, Southlake/Keller, Arlington).

Early Care and Education is a locally owned and operated nationally accredited preschool program. Our goal is to have a preschool and after‑school program that exceeds state and national standards and to move early education into a new era. Our philosophy is simple. Provide developmentally appropriate activities, prepare children to exceed in public education, while also allowing the child to be a child and to learn through play.

Based on research from public school teachers, we put a strong focus on social and emotional skills, physical education, sensory activities, dual languages, thinking and reasoning, and most of all, making sure the child is happy!

Early Care and Education is looking for enthusiastic assistant and lead teachers who have experience working with young children from infants to elementary aged children to join our School Family.

As a Toddler Teacher at Early Care and Education, you’ll help care for little ones. You’ll provide a safe and loving environment that nurtures the social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development of each child.

• Creates lesson plans that are balanced and appropriate to development levels
• Document learning experience through displays and pictures
• Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families on a daily basis
• Maintains a safe, comforting and stimulating environment for toddlers
• Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing standards
• Friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding, fast‑paced environment

• Previous experience in a preschool environment
• Strong verbal communicator with an upbeat personality who is comfortable and excels with speaking to parents
• Energetic, nurturing, positive, child‑friendly personality
• Shows initiative; strong work ethic
• High school diploma

$14.00 - $19.00 per hour
