Agent Albert McDaniel is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.

• Answer incoming calls and assist clients with billing, policy changes, , and general questions.
• Process payments, endorsements, and policy updates accurately.
• Provide support to licensed agents with quotes and renewals.
• Maintain organized client records and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.
• Surpass sales goals on a regular basis.

• Previous customer service or office experience preferred (insurance background required).
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Must be dependable and able to multitask.
• Insurance license (P&C) General Lines active in Texas.
• Bilingual Spanish / English is preferred.

A completed assessment is required prior to an interview with the Agency Development Manager.
