Automotive Service Estimator

1713 Justin Rd. Flower Mound, TX 75028

As an Estimator with Christian Brothers Automotive, you will play a critical role in our automotive shop, ensuring that every guest receives top‑notch estimates and that their digital vehicle inspection is produced with accuracy and care. You will coordinate with technicians, vendors, and your team to produce flawless digital vehicle inspections and estimates for our guests. This position will also involve sales for phone estimates and acting as a backup Service Advisor when needed.

You will work closely with part supply vendors and other external partners to ensure we always have the correct parts and equipment.

• Review all digital vehicle inspections by technicians.
• Maintain an organized, up‑to‑date repair log.
• Prepare estimates for guests.
• Present the best solution to properly repair guests’ vehicles in a way that is easy for them to understand.
• Build relationships with part supply vendors, tool vendors, and all external vendors.
• Work together as a team and assist other employees as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Windows‑based computer software and automotive store applications.
• Previous experience in an automotive sales, advisor/writer, or estimator/dispatcher position preferred.
• Tekmetric proficiency strongly encouraged.
• Typing speed of 60 wpm.

• Dependable and reliable, scheduled Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm.
• On feet majority of the workday.
