ROLE SUMMARY As a Dishwasher, you are the backbone of the kitchen. You ensure our tools, plates, glassware, and utensils are spotless, sanitized, and ready for service. You work quickly and efficiently behind the scenes so the rest of the team can shine out front. With focus, consistency, and a positive attitude, you help keep the heart of our restaurant beating smoothly.
- Dish Stewardship & Sanitation
- Clean Thoroughly: Wash all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using proper sanitation techniques.
- Keep It Moving: Maintain a consistent flow of clean dishware and kitchen tools throughout service.
- Sanitize & Organize: Ensure all items are sanitized, dried, and stored in the correct locations.
- Maintain Standards:
Follow all health department guidelines and sanitation procedures.
- Kitchen Support & Cleanliness
- Support the Line: Help with basic prep tasks, trash runs, and restocking when needed.
- Deep Clean: Assist with end-of-day and deep-cleaning duties, including floors, drains, and equipment.
- Stay Ready: Maintain a clean and organized dish pit, mop station, and surrounding work area.
- Alert Leadership: Notify managers of equipment malfunctions or supply shortages.

- Experience: No previous experience required — we’re happy to train the right person.
- Work Ethic: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Nights, weekends, and holidays are often required.
- Compensation: $16 hourly
