Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Instructional Coach to join our dedicated team of educators. As an Instructional Coach, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the instructional practices of our teachers. You will work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other instructional coaches to improve teaching strategies, curriculum development, and student learning outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teachers to analyze student data, identify instructional needs, and develop targeted action plans.
  • Provide personalized coaching and professional development to teachers, modeling effective instructional practices, and supporting their implementation.
  • Conduct regular classroom observations to provide feedback and guidance on instructional techniques, classroom management, and student engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with administrators to align curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices with school goals and standards.
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree and a valid Illinois Professional Educators License (PEL).
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required for positions between different locations.
  • Experience in the delivery of professional development to adult learners is preferred.
