Practice Details:

• Take over a physician's practice:
  Join 1 Family Medicine Physician and 1 Internal Medicine Physician, 2 Advanced Practice Providers, 5 Medical Assistants, an Office Manager, and additional support staff
• Outpatient only practice
• Clinic hours:
• Monday - Thursday 8:30a to 4:30p
• Friday 8:30a to 3:00p
• Schedule:
  
  4.5 days patient care with .5 days set aside for administrative work
• Call: phone only
• 1:3 weekends, call is triaged first
• See 16-20 patients per day on average
• Ability to incorporate sub-specialty care
• Opportunity to mentor medical students and residents if desired
• Provide evidence-based and value-based care
• Medicare Advantage panel management, providing high-quality, coordinated care to improve outcomes and reduce costs is large focus of practice
• Fee for Service/Commercial patient care also provided
• Next Gen EMR

• 3-year guaranteed salary
• No cap on earning potential
• 4 weeks paid time off, paid holidays, and 5 paid days for CME, with even more flexibility as a shareholder

• Profit sharing: % based on years of total practice, not solely with Esse Health
  • 7% for 0-9 years, 11% for 10+ years

Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to certify (AB or AOA)
• Missouri licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in Missouri
