Schedule: Monday–Friday (Morning Shift)

Location: Sarasota, Florida

Job Type: Full-Time

We're looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. This position plays a key role in ensuring that orders are accurately fulfilled, properly packaged, and prepared for on‑time shipment. If you enjoy hands‑on work, staying organized, and being part of a fast‑moving environment, this is a great fit.

• Pick products from inventory based on order sheets
• Verify accuracy of items, quantities, and part numbers
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment using proper materials
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Assist with restocking shelves and general warehouse tasks
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards

• Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
• Basic computer or scanner skills are a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
