This job is about everything that has to be done in a warehouse, but your first priority will be to receive inventory shipped to us by our vendors. You will have to accept the pallets or boxes from the delivery trucks, then open each box or pallet to physically check that the order matches what was received. This job requires attention to detail.

Chosen candidate must pass a drug test and the Homeland Security's E‑Verify for authorization to work in the U.S.
DUTIES- Receive boxes or pallets from the delivery trucks, counting properly and inspecting for any apparent damage.
- Open each box or pallet to ensure that the contents match the packing list. Report any discrepancies.
- Issue a Warehouse Receipt with all the proper information.
- Wrap pallets when necessary and store them in their assigned warehouse rack spots.
- Use the forklift to bring down pallets when required.
- After all receiving is done, pick and pack products from inventory. Prepare boxes with labels and packing lists as necessary, and ship batches to Amazon and other fulfillment warehouses.
- Clean work and storage areas to keep everything neat and tidy: break down boxes, sweep, and dispose of trash.
- Inventory reporting and checking: produce physical inventory reports regularly and spot‑check inventory of specific products as needed.
- Must be a citizen, resident of the U.S., or have a non‑expired work permit to work in the U.S.
- Must live near Pembroke Park/Hollywood and have reliable transportation. The facility is 1 mile west of I‑95 on Pembroke Rd. Candidates living near the location will be given priority.
- Good spoken and written English;
Spanish preferred. - Good computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.
- Shipping and packing experience is a must.
- Forklift experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary.
- Shifting heavy boxes may be required; carts are available, but the employee must be able to load and unload them.
- Excellent work ethic: punctual, responsible, dependable, and honest.
- Intelligent, organized self‑starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multi‑task, follow instructions, and learn quickly.
- High attention to detail: accurately count products and recognize product variations.
- Must be able to work without supervision. Once tasks are assigned, work independently.
- Work must be done FAST and ACCURATELY. Lazy or slow workers will be fired quickly.
- Steady job with a lot of work but relatively low stress.
- Full time 40 hours/week:
Mon‑Thu 9 am‑5 pm, Fri 8 am‑4 pm. - 1 week paid vacation after 12 months of employment.
- Paid holidays after 3 months of employment.
- No health benefits.
- Hourly wage: $15.
