Warehouse Associate I

Position Overview: Under the direction of the immediate Manager/Supervisor or senior warehouse personnel, you will manage receiving, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts. You will also issue, reconcile, and test customer premise equipment (CPE) and other equipment in the warehouse location.

• Maintain all inventory in a secure and orderly manner with appropriate controls as outlined in the company’s inventory control guidelines.
• Test, input, and record the status of all CPE across the computerized tracking system.
• Transport inventory materials and CPE via company delivery vehicle to other warehouse or office locations as instructed.
• Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory.
• Investigate and investigate discrepancies between inventory records and actual physical inventory, recommending actions to resolve them.
• Distribute supplies and equipment upon authorized request and return them to proper location after use.
• Perform shipping and receiving functions, including lifting and carrying loads of up to 70 pounds.
• Review records for accuracy and compliance with established company procedures to determine adequacy of inventory levels.
• Prepare equipment for shipment to various locations, such as repair facilities, fulfillment distribution center, and company office locations.
• Drive sit-down and stand-up forklifts and other industrial vehicles such as cherry-pickers and automated pallet jacks.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA and its implications for job duties.
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and initiative to accomplish assigned duties without close supervision.
• Strong communication skills with personnel.
• Develop and implement record‑keeping processes and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Must pass DOT physical as needed.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Oracle, and CSG Billing.

The salary range for this position is $15.75 – $18.00 hourly.
