Courtesy Driver

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Courtesy Car Driver to join our team at Jarrett Ford. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional transportation services to our customers, ensuring their comfort and safety while representing our brand with integrity and professionalism.

• Safely transport customers to and from designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the courtesy vehicle, ensuring it is in excellent condition for customer use.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have during their journey.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading their belongings as required.
• Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and any incidents that occur during transport.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate schedules and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a driver, with a strong understanding of local roads and traffic regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with GPS and navigation systems
