Contract Instructor Pilot (CIP)

LB&B Associates Inc. is seeking a part-time, on-call Contract Instructor Pilot (CIP) to provide contract instructor services for the MH-60R in Mayport, FL.

• Instruct Crew Resource Management (CRM)
• Conduct Helicopter Instrument Ground School (HIGS) sessions
• Deliver Operational Flight Training (OFT)
• Lead Tactical Syllabus events for Fleet Replacement Pilots (FRP's) and Fleet Replacement Aircrew
• Attend quarterly Pilot Standardization meetings

• NATOPS qualified MH-60R Pilot with a minimum of one fleet tour
• Minimum of 900 flight hours in the MH-60R
• Experience as a Seahawk Weapons Tactics instructor or HSM Fleet Replacement Squadron instructor
