Location:
Ft. Ogden, FL (Must live within 45 miles)

Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Truck Drivers for a local route in the South Florida region. This is a slip seat operation hauling Walmart grocery and general commodity freight. If you're ready to join a dynamic team, enjoy home daily, and receive competitive compensation, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Hauling Walmart grocery and general commodity freight.
• Slip seat operation, willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk up to a quarter mile, and stand excessively.

Schedule:

• Average of 2,200 miles per week, 2 runs per day.
• No set days off, determined by hours left to work and volume.

Compensation:

• Mileage and stop pay structure.
• CPM based on verifiable experience ($0.43-$0.51).
• $10 per stop, $30 for short hauls (under 90 miles).
• Average of $1,400 per week.

Pre
- Qualifications:

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• At least 9 months recent T/T experience.
• US drivers license for the last 12 consecutive months.
• Disability/Life/Accident/Critical Illness coverage.
• Paid vacation.
• 401k retirement.
• Free online college degree at SNHU.

Equipment:

• Late‑model Freightliner and Volvo tractors (average 1.5 years old).
• Mostly 10 speeds.
• Swift tractors governed at 63 mph on the pedal, 65 mph on cruise, with a pass smart option of 67 mph.
• Riders and pets allowed on most accounts.

Orientation:

• No more than 2 days long.
• Lodging provided (single occupancy for experienced drivers).
• $300 pay upon completion of orientation and hiring.
