As a key leader in high-volume gyms, the Personal Training Manager reports to the Fitness Manager and works closely with the Sr. Director of PT Experience. The role focuses on coaching trainers, supporting their development, and creating a positive environment that drives client satisfaction, retention, and results.

• Own and manage the day-to-day operations of the personal training staff.
• Serve as the key business partner to the Fitness Manager on daily PT business matters.
• Drive the team to meet or exceed all established PT targets each month.
• Lead orientation sessions for new trainers to maximize client acquisition and PT penetration.
• Identify and operationalize growth opportunities for the personal training department.
• Improve the PT experience to drive revenue growth and client retention.
• Own the end-to-end trainer lifecycle from sourcing to hiring, onboarding, training, development, and ongoing performance management.
• Coach and develop trainers through regular individual and team meetings.
• Minimize trainer turnover and increase tenure through ongoing coaching.

• At least one year as an EōS personal trainer for internal candidates (or one year of verifiable managerial experience for external candidates).
• At or equivalent to L2 or Master Coach level as an EōS personal trainer.
• Enthusiasm for team development through education and coaching.
• Accountable for achieving performance goals and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must carry a valid Personal Training Certification.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with staff, members, and the public.
• Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs.
• Ability to access and operate company computer systems, prepare documents, enter data, and read reports.

• Competitive base salary + bonus opportunity.

Salary Pay Range: $58,656—$85,000 USD.
