Group Fitness/HIIT Instructor Overview

Crunch Fitness is seeking energetic Group Fitness/HIIT Instructors to join a growing team. The role leads members in group exercise formats designed to enhance fitness, strength, and endurance while ensuring safety. Instructors also educate members on various aspects of fitness and contribute to a welcoming, no-judgments environment.

• Lead group fitness classes (HIIT-based, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, Hi/Lo, Sculpt, Yoga, Pilates) in a pre-arranged format.
• Ensure member safety during all activities and serve as a knowledgeable fitness resource.
• Educate members on fitness concepts and proper technique.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, energy, and motivation; foster a positive class atmosphere.
• Be willing to learn and teach multiple formats; work as part of a team.

• Enthusiastic, with contagious energy; highly motivated.
• Willingness to learn multiple formats; reliable and organized.
• Dynamic, team-oriented mindset; experience preferred, but training is available.
• Group Fitness Certification through AFAA or ACE preferred.
• CPR Certification.
• Physical ability to perform class activities (lifting light weights, bending, squatting, jumping, running, reaching, etc.).

• In-house trainings with continuing education credits toward AFAA, ACE, and NASM.
• In-house Schwinn Certifications and CPR Certification.
