duties and responsibilities

this position provides hands‑on leadership in .net application development and manages a team of software developers. This position requires extensive lead .net software development experience. You will help lead the full developmental lifecycle and assist in providing technical direction discussions and decisions. This position will also mentor and assess development staff.
