Pay: $120,000–$135,000

Summary

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join a fast-moving supply chain technology team focused on modernizing a mission‑critical Warehouse Management System. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, designing modern architectures, and building new systems rather than maintaining legacy code. You will help transform a legacy environment into a real‑time, event‑driven platform that directly supports warehouse and logistics operations.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with C# and modern .NET (8+), with a focus on clean, scalable, and testable code
• Experience with event‑driven or asynchronous architectures using tools such as Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, Rabbit
  
  MQ, or Kafka
• Backend development experience building APIs and distributed services
• Frontend experience with Vue.js, or React/Angular with the willingness to learn Vue
• Interest in or exposure to Blazor for internal or administrative applications
• Solid SQL skills and understanding of relational databases, with familiarity or interest in No
  
  SQL or document‑based models
• Ability and willingness to work with and integrate legacy systems and non‑relational data structures
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud‑based deployments, ideally using Git Hub Actions and Azure
• Strong problem‑solving skills, particularly around concurrency, data consistency, and system performance

Responsibilities

• Design and implement event‑driven microservices to support high‑volume, real‑time inventory transactions
• Build and enhance .NET/C# backend services that extend and modernize existing legacy systems
• Develop mobile‑first Vue.js interfaces for warehouse scanning devices
• Address complex challenges such as race conditions, concurrency issues, and data synchronization in a warehouse environment
• Own the full development lifecycle, from code commit through deployment and support
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evolve system architecture and improve operational efficiency
