School SLP

The Amergis Educational Services Team is currently seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for Part Time and Full Time in person roles with schools within the Sarasota County and Port Charlotte area for the Full 2025-26 School Year.

Position Details:

Pay: $70 per hour

Part time and Full Time available(with full time preference)

school year(high possibility of extension into the following school year and option to gointernal directly with school)

Gabriela Dodson

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performingstudent evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
