Location:

North Florida – Position can be based in either Jacksonville or Tallahassee.

Dwyer Workforce Development (DWD) is a nonprofit dedicated to healthcare workforce development. We provide comprehensive support and job training to individuals seeking careers in health care.

Base pay: $70,000 – $75,000 per year.

• Connect with program applicants, assess eligibility, and guide them through the process.
• Help individuals overcome barriers to employment through personalized action plans and resource connections.
• Support job readiness by assisting scholars with employment strategies and retention efforts.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with community partners, trainers, and employers.
• Provide compassionate, crisis‑focused services when needed.

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related human services field.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of community resources and social services in the Florida area.
• Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce or other CRM systems (preferred).
• Bilingual skills (preferred).
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
