, our Bird Removal Technicians are the backbone of our field operations. You’ll work directly in commercial environments removing birds safely and humanely, supporting national retail customers, and representing our company with professionalism and care. This role is active, purpose-driven, and ideal for someone who enjoys variety and real-world impact.

• Perform humane bird removal services at commercial sites.
• Work in grocery stores, big box retailers, and home improvement locations.
• Travel locally and occasionally regionally for service work.
• Follow safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, teammates, and customers.
• Document work completed and report site conditions accurately.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.
• Represent Meridian with professionalism at all times.

  Schedule

  • Part-Time with availability a minimum of there (3) days per week.
  • Schedule may include early mornings, nights, overnights, and weekends depending on customer needs.

  Job Functions:

  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods of time.
  • Work exposed to outdoor elements.
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching.
  • Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and use scissor lifts.
  • Ability to see up close and at a distance.
  • Ability to travel long distances to our customers’ facilities. All technicians use their personal vehicles to travel to worksites.
