• Diagnose, operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
• Travel to job sites, coordinate with dispatch, and manage schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service, interact with homeowners, and manage vehicle maintenance and inventory.
• Educate homeowners on additional services and opportunities.

• HVAC trade school graduate or related continuing education.
• Ability to lift to 75 pounds, climb, bend, kneel, and work in various conditions.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and iOS devices.
• Positive attitude, conflict resolution skills, and flexibility in handling multiple tasks.
