A Restoration Technician is responsible for handling new and on‑going claims which include initial job site inspections, performing structural drying, demolition, clean‑up, water extraction, mold remediation and fire restoration.

You must have a top‑notch work ethic and ability to work both independently and with a team. Attention to detail is key because short‑cuts is not what we do. • Experience in Water/Fire/Mold Remediation and IICRC Certifications is helpful. Construction background is required.
• Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects on a regular basis up to 50‑100 lbs.
• Valid driver's license (3+ years of driving experience).
• Clean background check back to age 18.
• Willingness/ability to work some weekends and night hours as we are an Emergency 24/7/365 Service. Typically, one week on call per month.
• MICA experience is a plus.
• Complete work with a servant's heart, great customer service and the ability to work a team.

• Provide emergency restoration and disaster recovery services to customers following assigned work orders provided by the Operations.
• Perform water, fire, smoke damage and mold remediation repair as directed by supervisor to include water extraction, pack‑out of contents, removing/disposing of non‑salvageable materials, cleaning, light construction, and demolition.
• May perform other cleaning duties (i.e., construction cleaning, fire, smoke, odor cleaning, mold remediation, etc.) when part of mitigation or restoration job.
• Respond to incoming jobs via email and telephone – On Call Schedule 24/7 (Rotation with other team members).
• Create and monitor drying logs. Sketch areas needing remediation.
• Conduct any necessary demolition of non‑structural material.
• Photograph all affected areas, drying equipment, work from beginning to completion, and moisture readings.
• Utilize online software (MICA) to track jobs both internally and externally with insurance carriers, third‑party administrators, and any other applicable parties.

$37,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year.
