Indian Spring Country Club seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician. Are you a skilled and dedicated individual with a passion for keeping facilities running smoothly? We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team and contribute to the impeccable functioning of our County Club. If you have a strong knack for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of systems and equipment, we want to hear from you!

• You will perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and facilities.
• We expect you to respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff members to address any issues in a timely manner.
• You shall troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical circuits, and other mechanical equipment.
• HVAC, Electrical and/or Plumbing Certification preferred.
• You will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on various equipment to ensure their proper functioning.
• Help maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment needed for repairs and replacements.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations.
• You will assist in the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and event spaces, ensuring they are in good working order.
• We expect you to comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• You must have a strong knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems to effectively troubleshoot and repair any issues that may arise.
• We expect you to be highly skilled in general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry to ensure the facility is always in optimal condition for our Members.
• You should possess excellent problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
• Having the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks will be essential in managing your workload and completing assignments in a timely manner.
• We require you to maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive measures, to ensure compliance with safety regulations and facilitate future reference.
• It is important that you have good communication skills to effectively interact with other team members and address their maintenance-related concerns or requests.
• We expect you to adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, including following safety protocols and using protective equipment when necessary.
