Utility Pipe Foreman

We are seeking a Utility Pipe Foreman to join their field operations team. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for managing underground utility crews while maintaining production, safety, and grade accuracy on commercial site projects.

• Lead daily field operations for storm, sewer, and water installation
• Supervise pipe crews including operators and laborers
• Install utilities according to civil plans and grade tolerances
• Shoot grade using GPS (Trimble) and/or laser systems
• Coordinate trenching, shoring, bedding, backfill, and compaction
• Communicate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and inspectors
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce OSHA safety standards
• Complete daily reports and documentation using tablets/email

• 5+ years of underground utility installation experience
• 2+ years in a foreman or crew lead role
• Commercial site development experience
• Proficiency with Trimble GPS systems
• Ability to shoot grade and read civil drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver's license

• Experience on large commercial or municipal projects
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
• Experience coordinating with multiple trades on active job sites
