This is a full-time remote role for a Locate Technician. As a Locate Technician, you will be responsible for locating and marking underground utilities, including gas, water, electric, and telecommunications lines. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and interpreting utility maps, utilizing specialized equipment to identify utility lines, maintaining accurate records of completed work, and adhering to safety and operational standards. This role requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety in the field.

• Ability to read and interpret utility maps and blueprints
• Proficiency in operating utility locating and inspection equipment
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to follow safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and clients
• Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and navigate different terrains
• Prior utility locating or related field experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications a plus
