Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to support commercial civil projects. Multiple openings are available for operators experienced in site development, underground utilities, and roadway work.

• Operate excavators, loaders, dozers, and motor graders
• Perform pipe installation support, pond cutting, clearing, grading, and roadway preparation
• Follow grade using Trimble GPS systems
• Maintain production efficiency and safety compliance
• Work closely with foremen and field crews

• 3+ years operating heavy equipment in site development
• Experience with one or more: excavator, motor grader, dozer, loader
• Trimble GPS machine control experience
• Ability to read site plans and follow grade
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• DOT roadway experience (especially for motor grader operators)
• Experience in underground utility installation support
• Experience with finish grading
