Training & development

Work outside and keep in great physical condition while installing professional landscapes at residential and commercial properties along the coast. Interact with the crew foreman and follow project instructions to provide optimum services. Play a major roll in the installation process of Hardscapes including; patios, walkways, step, driveways and retaining walls. Learn and execute proper landscaping techniques and utilize equipment, power tools, small machinery, and hand tools to carry out full service installations and proper handling of all materials.

Execute strong attention to detail and personal integrity including working with a team or independently. Each Yardworks, Inc. team member has great attendance and strong work ethic attitudes. Will routinely load/unload vehicles (including tractors onto trailers) and safely transport equipment and materials to job site. Individuals must be physically capable of properly lifting heavy materials on a regular basis.

• Follow Project instructions from the Crew Foreman and execute tasks efficiently
• Offer assistance and effective time in other areas of the company
• Become a reliable resource for Hardscape installations
• Keep vehicles, machinery, and tools in good repair and working order
• Meet department tasks expectations
