• Install and remove HVAC systems, parts, and products
• Educate customers about HVAC products and services
• Perform regular system maintenance
• Mentor and train junior team members
• Maintain clear communication with clients and customers
• Follow local HVAC codes and regulations
• Take on various tasks as needed, based on company requirements

• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain it immediately)
• Ability to build relationships based on teamwork, trust, and respect
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to embrace and learn new technologies

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification required
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, climbing ladders, and performing outdoor work
• All candidates will undergo pre‑employment drug screenings and background checks
• A valid driver’s license is required, and candidates must submit a recent DMV Safe Driving Record to demonstrate safe driving practices
