• High school diploma or GED
• Two‑year technical, vocational, or trade school diploma or degree in auto, truck, and/or heavy equipment (desired)
• Fluid Power Society and/or ASE certifications (desired)
• Ability to utilize various electronic diagnostic equipment and perform minor and major repairs on electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning, gasoline, and diesel systems
• Work primarily in shop conditions; mobile work may be required, including overnight and out‑of‑state travel as dictated by job requirements
• Expected to work overtime as determined by the company based on job requirements
• Must work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Highly motivated and customer‑service driven
• Demands of the position may change frequently with dynamic work assignments
