Concrete Finisher

BDI Marine Contractors, LLC is a Florida-based marine and civil construction company specializing in bridge repair, seawalls, sidewalks, roadway construction, and grading projects. We take pride in delivering high-quality work with a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and teamwork.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Concrete Finisher to join our field crew. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience finishing concrete surfaces on commercial and civil construction projects and will be committed to producing quality work safely and efficiently.

• Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces (sidewalks, slabs, curbs, decks, seawalls, etc.)

• Smooth and shape surfaces using hand and power tools

• Apply finishing techniques including troweling, edging, and broom finishes

• Monitor curing processes and apply sealants when required

• Read and follow project plans and supervisor instructions

• Maintain a clean and safe job site

• Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures

• Minimum 2 years of concrete finishing experience

• Knowledge of concrete finishing tools and techniques

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor

• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Strong work ethic and team attitude
