Two‑Way Radio Installation Specialist
Location:
Tallahassee, FLPay: $15 — $16/hr
Is this you?
- Do you enjoy hands‑on work and solving technical puzzles out in the field?
- Are you comfortable meeting customers, asking the right questions, and getting systems back online?
- Do you have experience with electronics or telecommunications—even informal or field‑based?
- Install, configure, and service two‑way radios, antennas, cabling, and associated gear
- Diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and verify performance
- Assist with upgrades and new system rollouts
- Create accurate service notes and reports
- Travel to public safety and commercial customer sites
- Experience in telecommunications, electronics, or field service (preferred)
- Proven troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license Technical strengths
- Vehicle electronics & computer controls
- Electrical / electronic systems
