Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Operate locator systems to track bore head location, depth, and direction.
- Communicate with the driller to guide bore alignment and avoid conflicts with existing utilities.
- Set up and monitor jobsite safety zones, including potholing as required.
- Maintain equipment and keep worksite clean and organized.
- Perform mud mixing and assist with product pullback and pipe handling.
- Document bore shots and provide feedback on conditions or deviations.
- Follow directions from driller or supervisor to complete bores safely and accurately.
- Support jobsite clean-up and utility restoration as needed.
- 1+ year of experience in underground utility or HDD work preferred.
- Familiarity with locating equipment
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in varying conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Driver License- CDL prefered
