The Residential HVAC Lead Installer will work with heat pumps, straight cool, and inverter/communicating equipment for a premium experience and HVAC system. This includes upgrading and improving ductwork, retrofitting equipment, and performing service/mechanic style work from time to time.

• Install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems to manufacture specifications per code.
• Startup and troubleshoot a variety of residential HVAC systems.
• Build strong customer relationships; build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
• Perform related work as assigned.
• Keep your work truck and trailer clean and stocked.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for weekends.

• At least three (3) years Residential HVAC Installation experience as a lead.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License with no major infractions in the last five (5) years.
• Ability to take and pass a pre‑employment background check and drug test.
