We seek a Landscape Construction Foreman to supervise a crew, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.

• Oversee daily site operations for the landscape construction crew.
• Coordinate equipment and materials needed for each project.
• Supervise and train crew members on proper installation techniques, equipment operation, and safety.
• Maintain project schedules and complete projects within deadlines.
• Ensure quality control on job sites.
• Safely operate equipment such as loaders, skid steers, and excavators to perform landscape construction projects.
• Load/unload cargo, heavy equipment, and planting materials.
• Read landscape plans and provide material layouts.
• Record daily timekeeping of work hours for crew members.
• Ensure equipment and truck/trailer are in working order and properly maintained.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with landscape construction projects.
• Knowledge of landscape plants, grading, sod installation, drainage work, and irrigation.
• Supervisory experience.
• Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment needed for landscape construction projects.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
