Skilled Shell Laborer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Skilled Shell Laborer to join our construction team. This role focuses on the structural (shell) phase of residential and commercial building projects, including forming, framing, concrete placement, block laying, and tie-beam work.

• Concrete finishing

A strong understanding of construction safety practices, blueprint interpretation, and efficient work methods is essential.

Assist with layout and form setup, cut and tie rebar, mix and pour concrete, set and strip forms, and ensure quality concrete finishes. Candidates must be able to lift and carry heavy materials, work in a variety of weather conditions, and maintain a clean and organized job site. Reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork are critical for success in this role.
