- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components
- Proficiency in selling entire HVAC systems and ancillary products, providing comprehensive solutions to meet customer needs
- Troubleshoot and solve complex problems related to HVAC systems
- Effective communication and top‑tier customer service aptitude
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in HVAC service, sales, and repair
- Demonstrate expertise in selling ancillary products such as indoor air quality solutions
- EPA certification for refrigerant handling, is preferred
- Willingness to continue education in the HVAC field
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
