Responsible for planning, supervising and coordinating all phases of installation, maintenance, repair and inspection of pipe systems in new or remodeled facilities. Manages daily crew activities and ensures project milestones are met.

• Interpret specifications and read blueprints to plan work.
• Lay out daily activities for crew and monitor productivity.
• Ensure quality control of work performed by craft workers.
• Order and coordinate delivery of necessary materials.
• Maintain documentation: daily reports, safety reports, ESRs, inspection reports, etc.
• Coordinate equipment needs, verify operator qualifications and maintain equipment.
• Support the jobsite superintendent in coordinating project activities.
• Perform related trade work as required and travel to job sites on short notice.
• Identify and promote better production methods to strengthen best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 4 years of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Preferred: 3 years of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety programs and project regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Strong numerical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Excellent communication and team‑building abilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in varying temperatures, and at heights as required.

• Up to 12‑hour shifts in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions.
• Frequent lifting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and climbing up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to dust, fumes, smoke, and loud noises.
• Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
• Ability to work in confined, cluttered area and at heights with fall protection.
• Strong visual, auditory, and hand‑to‑hand coordination skills.
